Sean Layden was appointed to the Veterans Review and Appeal Board in 2020.
Sean Layden brings 25 years of experience practicing law as a Partner for Boyne Clarke LLP, and later as an Associate for Lenehan Musgrave LLP. Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Francis Xavier University before graduating with a Bachelor of Law from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. He has been involved in various groups throughout his community, including serving as President of the Brain Injury Association of Nova Scotia. Sean was awarded the Queen’s Counsel designation in 2011.
