Review Hearing Exit Survey

The Board is committed to providing Veterans, Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and RCMP members, and their families with a respectful hearing environment. Asking for regular feedback from applicants is one way to ensure that we are fulfilling this commitment.

The Board has launched an anonymous exit survey for applicants who have had a Review hearing. It is designed to get their feedback on their hearing experience.

This survey will help us to know what we do well and what more we can do to give applicants the best possible hearing experience.
