2009-2010 Applications for Judicial Review of VRAB Decisions
- In 2009-10, 24 applicants requested a judicial review. This represents about 1.6% of the VRAB decisions eligible to be reviewed by the Federal Court.
- In the same year, the Federal Court issued 19 decisions (pending from applications made in previous years). Of these 19 decisions, the Court asked the Board to rehear 11 applications and decided to dismiss eight applications.
